All content , including text, photographs, and the Oystertainment® name and trademarks, is the property of Red Oyster and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Submitting a proposal request through this website does not constitute a confirmed booking. After receiving your request we will contact you with a tailored proposal. A booking is only confirmed once both parties have agreed in writing and any required deposit has been received.

Prices, availability, minimum guest counts, and travel arrangements are confirmed individually per event. Specific cancellation and payment terms will be stated in your written proposal.

Oysters are a shellfish product and a known allergen. It is the responsibility of the event organizer to inform guests. Please notify us of any dietary requirements or allergies when requesting your proposal so we can advise accordingly.

We take great care in sourcing, transporting, and serving fresh oysters in line with applicable food-safety regulations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Oyster USA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York.
